After a lot of hard work, determination (and let’s be honest, some blood, sweat and tears!), Emily has officially gained her CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) qualification.
This is a fantastic milestone, and it couldn’t have come at a better time with the new NEBDN diploma changes coming into effect from 1st July.
It means Emily is now fully qualified to assess independently, no supervision needed!
Well done Emily, we’re so proud of you and everything you’ve achieved!
